The environment is extremely mentally draining because it lacks proper management of employee well being, health and team work. I was there for only a short time and enjoyed the work, though always extremely hectic and busy, but there are a lot of employees and managers unfortunately, who have very arrogant obnoxious and ingenuine demeanors towards subordinates and regular staff . The pay is good and not worth the mental instability especially since most are very self serving, vindictive and lack empathy for others.

Favoritism runs rampant there and makes it very difficult for employees who aren't interested in a** kissing to advance regardless of their technical ability. Diversity is present in the regular employee population but very much lacking in senior leadership. Senior leadership is filled with ppl who have been with the company since the 80's and have zero knowledge of what acceptable business practice is in the modern world
