If you have the degrees and experience they will pay you well.

Cons

Horrible culture of bullying and backbiting. Human Resources is not there to help you--they will work with management to get you out of there especially if you complain about the bullying. It's a very toxic work environment and these people and entrenched within this culture. If you have another job opportunity you should take it.
