Pros

Its full of pros like good working hours and work life balance, good projects except one con which let me down, and i am writing it here.

Cons

Why didn't they called up all the employees in freshers party 2017, why selective peoples? Isn't this making groupism that "bhai tujhe company important manti hai mujhe nahi". Sir or mam who so ever is reading the reviews, please listen to me... there is no as such cons in your company... but we all work tireless not just to have salary in the end of the month or to get just one chocolate box in a year. Its about our emotions which are attached with everyone in the company from the CEO, the Director, the Project Manager, the Leads, the Team Players who work and get projects for the company and without any issues we contribute anytime, whenever, wherever required, either someone is sitting at his wedding, or either someone is facing any family issues, but they never yell. We had few opportunities to make ourselves feel light and when share our emotions and know each other and thats all are due to these two parties... the freshers and the corporate thats ittttt.... Sir/Mam the whole year we wait eagerly for these stuffs to enjoy because the whole year nor the team heads nor the projects managers don't even think about throwing a appreciation party to their team mates for achieving some projects or getting projects delivered on time.. and when its time for such good event, why selective peoples? Either you should do such parties and invite all the peoples to enjoy there or you should stop arranging parties because at the end of the year you give us salary appreciation (as most managers think). Sir/ mam its not just the salary we are working for, its just our efforts which arrange bread and butter in the houses of each one of us either its a software guy, a admin guy, a security guard, a house keeping guy, a parking assistant and we are a team, the nagarro team, the whole united team.. when you have selected us from such a tough interview process then there might be something different from others, but we are are not different here in this company as manas says- "we all are equal and work on equality ethics". We all respect that human being not as a employer but as a best team mate who makes us feel strong whenever we are hopeless and make us unite.

Nagarro Response

Dear colleague, I must say, my first reaction to this was - whoa, please don't rate us 1-star just because you didn't get an invite to this year's fresher's party - there are so many other things that are great about Nagarro. But, this is obviously important for you, and I respect that, and so you deserve an explanation on why we did the party differently this year. For the last couple of years, we had received feedback that even though this is a "Freshers" party, having the entire company there takes the focus away from freshers. It is supposed to be a special event for them, yet it becomes no different than the usual corporate party. Upon reflection, we agreed with this sentiment. And so, this year onwards, we decided to invite only the freshers, last year's freshers, and senior leaders. This allowed for a more wholesome experience for our freshers for whom the party is planned. You may not agree with this, but I hope you now understand why we did this. BTW, these two events are not the only avenues of fun at Nagarro. C'mon. We also have team parties, impromptu parties driven by sporting events, group events, and so on. Also, finally, I do have to point out, we do not really like to be referred to as "Sir or Ma'am" at Nagarro, and you know it. :) Best regards, Vaibhav

Pros

You just get your salary on time.

Cons

I have been working at Nagarro for 3 Years now, and regrettably, my experience has fallen short of expectations. While the company undoubtedly has its merits, there are several significant issues that warrant attention and resolution. Cons: Uncertainty in Job Stability: Nagarro suffers from a chronic lack of transparency regarding job stability, a concern shared by many employees, myself included. The duration of projects and the likelihood of being placed on the bench remain shrouded in ambiguity, leading to heightened anxiety and diminished morale. Furthermore, while on the bench, the treatment received from HR and management is disheartening, especially considering the contrasting regard bestowed upon us during the hiring process. False Promises Regarding Work Flexibility: Nagarro has espoused the benefits of Work from Anywhere (WFA) and Work from Home (WFH) arrangements, yet the reality falls short of expectations. Ongoing uncertainty surrounding remote work policies has left employees feeling disillusioned. Additionally, HR's insistence on scheduling client interviews for positions located far from employees' current cities, such as my experience being forced to interview for a client in Bangalore while residing near Delhi NCR, contradicts the promised flexibility and adds undue inconvenience. Understaffed and Disengaged Management: The organizational structure at Nagarro is marred by small teams with minimal oversight. My own team comprises just two members, lacking a designated team lead. Furthermore, the project manager exhibits a concerning lack of interest in project progress and client communication. This neglect not only hampers productivity but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to delivering quality services. Poor Reward System: The reward system at Nagarro is a significant source of discontent among employees. Delayed salary hikes and pay cuts under the guise of organizational bonuses are well-documented grievances. However, the issues extend beyond mere financial matters. Despite investing considerable effort and dedication into my projects, I consistently find myself overlooked for recognition and appreciation. The recurring "Solid Citizen" rating fails to acknowledge the value I bring to the table, leaving me feeling demoralized and disinclined to invest further in Nagarro's success.

Pros

It is a good company for learning perspective and career growth. Also, the salary structure is good in the hand.

Cons

In this epidemic, they have cut the salaries of existing employees and on the other hand, they are recruiting hundreds of people with huge packages. For those who have a huge hand in the development of their company, no matter to the company (Old is Gold tag enough for them...LOL!!). Only candidates from outside the company who didn't have any part in the development and growth of the company are important and ready to pay more than millions for the same position but not for current employees for the same position. So company deserves one rating from my side for this inequality.
