decent company to work with

Pros

good appraisal senior management has focus on people(though low-mid level mgmt tries to make it difficult)

Cons

poor lower-mid level management less onsite opportunities the lower management tries to micro-mange and introduce un-necessary processes. you have to struggle to get even a two day leave, management inquire like CBI

Good appraisals. Nice work life balance. Flexible timings Oppurtunity to work on new techonologies.

Cons

Unconsolidated offices. Lack of formal information flow process.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback (even if it is through Glassdoor). I am glad that you think we are a great company to work with. I agree that unconsolidated offices are a problem. This is something that we are actively working on, but changing infrastructure takes some time. You may have noticed that earlier this year, we did consolidate 3 buildings into 1. Regarding the lack of information flow process, I would like to know more about this.
