Pros

Flexible timings, wfh is available based on approval from manager, timely appraisals but as company is growing so there is a huge fall in appraisals

Cons

I didn’t find any other that what usually happens in all the IT industry. We just get used to it.

Pros

1. Nice place to learn 2. Decent enough work culure 3. Flexible working hours (depends on the project) 4. Opportunities available if you are willing to learn.

Cons

1. HR department and RM team could be more considerate in resolving the queries of the employees, although still doing a good enough job.

Dear colleague, Thanks for providing a review here on Glassdoor (though I wish you had provided more detail to us for what else we can do to improve so that you would rate us at a 4 or 5 star level). With regards to your comment about less work compared to the number of employees - I would say, I wish that was the case. We are currently hiring a lot of people because we have a lot of incoming work from our customers. The company is continuously growing. If you'd like to learn more about this, I suggest that you search Yammer for some posts on this topic and even some videos by Manas. I assure you that we have plenty of work.
