Wow - a great rating - I thank you for it. If you regret leaving, then you should come back - a lot of people do. I agree with all of the positives that you have listed and I would say that the cons you describe are also not really cons (IMO). It is part of our business to continue supporting our customers even on older technologies - but it is a small part of our business. The greater part is working on awesome, complex projects utilizing the best tools and technologies for the given problem set. And regarding processes, we are as process-oriented as we need to be given the situation. I request you to strongly consider coming back to Nagarro. I would be interested in knowing why you left in the first place (write to anyone in HR to connect with me). And thank you once again for this review.

Dear former colleague, Thanks for leaving this review here on Glassdoor - it is always painful to see people who think well of us not with us anymore. We are working very strongly on all support functions in making them better and more scalable. These should improve tremendously over the next few months (and I daresay, have been improving in the last few months as well). Thank you again for taking the time to review us. Regards.
