Thanks for your review here. I am not sure what the cons of a client-based company are and I would've loved to see some elaboration on this. But yes, I think our culture is one of the best around and we work very hard to keep it that way.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback here. We do take a lot of pride in the way we envision and design the organizational culture at Nagarro. And accessibility at all levels is a key construct. It is the basis of our non-hierarchical way of work. I can't comment much on your feedback about Project Managers since it is too generic. We have some great people on board. Can we have one or two people who are not up to the mark? Maybe. But we strongly believe that it is a matter of feedback in most cases. We do have a 360 degree feedback form that you should make use of the next time it is launched to provide more detailed feedback on what you mean by "lack of proficiency".
