      Pros

      Good work culture. Takes care of employee in terms of education via online sites, webinars. Growth opportunities depends on what technology you are in and what type of software methodology is used in project. Salary hikes are commendable.

      Cons

      Work pressure increases once you paid above industry standards. Projects allocation does not seem to be apt.
