Thank you for your feedback. I absolutely agree with you - there is tremendous energy and skill in the younger folks at Nagarro. And we really want to be able to build a culture that nurtures this drive and potential. It is something that is often the topic of discussion that i find myself in. Your point about HR team members being generic in their interactions is well taken. I understand where you are coming from and will discuss with team members on how we can improve. The main goal of this team is employee happiness and therefore improving upon this aspect is important for us. Of course, by the nature of our work, there are also interactions that we take which are not always favorable to employee expectations - though we try our best to reduce them. Let us know whenever you feel that there are areas that we can improve upon. We really do welcome the feedback. Thank you once again for taking out the time to do this.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review here on Glassdoor. I agree with you that we are one of the best companies in terms of growth and opportunities. With regards to the food quality in the cafeterias - I agree that it hasn't been consistent. But next month, we expect to make a major change in this and you should see some big improvements. There is a Yammer thread around this as well. Once again, thanks for your review.
