Thank you for leaving a review on glassdoor. Let me try to reply to some of the cons that you have listed since I agree with all the pros. You mention that the appraisals are biased - sometimes it may seem so. This can happen because to us, the employees, not all information is visible. As an organization, we are trying to make this process more transparent and objective. The latest version of the appraisal and feedback system is a step in that direction. Our goal is to have a system in which every employee knows exactly why did they get the specific appraisal (or why not). It is disturbing when our colleagues feel that we are not trying to retain good employees. We put in a lot of effort in hiring good people, and so we do our best to retain these people as well. HR even keeps in contact with people who leave us and a lot of them re-join. I said, we do our best, but that doesn't mean that we cannot do better. I recommend that you reach out to HR or senior management to discuss any ideas that you have or cases where you felt that we could have done better. You should feel absolutely free to reach out to management or HR to discuss any challenges that you are facing. We really care about making sure that we provide a great work environment.

Thanks for leaving this response. I feel the exact same way. We do measure our success in terms of how successful we make our customers. I can say that it has been a pleasure working with you all the while you have been here. I can't comment on stock options being the future or not - as I don't know. What I know (and you know as well) is that Nagarro is off to the moon. We are going to make it big and personal successes will come for everyone along with the success of Nagarro.
