Pros

Companies participation in extra curricular activities like Rahigiri. Good Salary.

Cons

Not at all worthy for CMMI Lvl 5.It should be CMMI lvl 3. No Process followed. HR and Admin Department is Poor. Average Quality Projects. Company is now picking any garbage project to earn more money.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback. As they say, perfection is a moving target; there are always areas where an organization can improve; and there are areas which need to be reassessed as organizations grow. Nagarro is a fast growing company and therefore we have both types to address. However, I must say that some of your feedback is a little unfair or uninformed. Regarding processes - there are processes that we use to run our projects and there are processes that we use to run our company. Both are always evolving. Yes, we are a CMMi maturity level 5 organization. And a majority of our projects comply with level 5 requirements. And those that don't are measured against the same maturity framework and improved. Our organizational processes are also continuously evolving to keep pace with the high speed of growth we have been experiencing; but they exist and are documented and available to all internally. Our HR and Admin departments are some of the most people-friendly in the industry. We have won numerous awards for their focus on the well-being of our employees. Yes, there are plenty of areas of improvement for our HR and Admin (and other) groups. However, that will take them from being already quite good to be even better. 'Poor' doesn't do justice to their work. The one thing that we have always been proud of is the amazing projects that we work on. Your perception, that we are picking up garbage projects, is very surprising. We help some of the biggest companies in the world solve problems that are mission critical for them. Having said that, I also want to say that no work is garbage - everything that we do is critically important for our customers. Regarding the company's goal, the management team regularly talks about it in open houses, Yammer, etc. I would suggest that you request a session with someone in the management and pose these questions (company's direction, the kind of projects we are picking up, specific feedback that you have for HR and Admin, etc.). We would be happy to take the time to answer your queries. One more thing: a company which wants to make money, while doing good social deeds and taking care of its employees (as you mentioned in the pros), is a good company in my opinion.

Thank you for your review. I would like to address your concern about Quality Associates. Since client-site deployment is a function of the needs of a project in most cases, it is not always under our control. There are still opportunities, but, you are right, they are lesser than other roles. I would assume it is no less in terms of percentage than most other companies. With regards to the growth curve, we strongly feel that we need to accelerate the learning for people in the Quality track. This is being worked upon currently through formation of a dedicated center of excellence for Quality and through increased focus on advanced training in this area. You should see some improvement in both these in the next few months. I recommend that you should reach out to our Process and Quality leadership to learn more about what we are doing.
