Pros

In depth domain knowledge. Professional Working environment. Higher management easily approachable. HR folks are always up on their toes. Flexi working hours.

Cons

To be frank their are no cons I could think of. Everything is extremely well managed and taken care of for the employees.

Pros

Good salary, good work culture, flexible timings.

Cons

Some old managers of nagarro, they feels that we are owner of the company and owns the life of employee too. They expects that employee anytime they ask whether day or night, weekday or week-end. If you find such manager then you will face issue with your work life balance. But these people are rare like 1 out of 10. Otherwise all is well.

Let me thank you first for taking the time to leave feedback here on Glassdoor. Our culture emphasizes non-hierarchy - and we do work a lot to infuse that culture throughout. This implies that people work 'with' managers and not 'for' managers. This means that it is perfectly okay to have a conversation with the managers to understand why there are tight deadlines in a project - there will always be some projects which will have phases where more than normal effort is required - and that is the nature of our business. On the other hand, your advice to management is right on. We do track hours worked and do require project leadership to be answerable for late stays. Very good and cool environment to work, flexi hours, top management is very approachable.

Not managing the people well on bench

Thanks for an awesome review. Yes, we are an awesome place to work. Regarding your advice on bench management, I do agree that we always improve, but I must tell you that management of people on bench is something that we focus on quite rigorously. We don't like to maintain a very large bench (compared to other IT services companies) but whatever we do have, we are trying to get better at managing. I would be interested in listening to any specific suggestions or observations you have in this regard. If you would like to do this, please reach out to me in the office.
