      Pros

      Good work culture, Good Appraisal, Nice place to learn new things. Senior Management is easily reachable. Every Issue is addressed in Nagarro.

      Cons

      Needs to improve on Salary Structure.

A flat culture and reachable management is a core value. People focus is another core value. From a salary structure perspective, you must have received a recent mail which talks about the changes made to the salary structure. So, the feedback that we have received in the last year or so has already been addressed. We will take your advice to heart and keep up the good work. I only request that you help us in doing it.
