      Pros

      Provides great exposure in terms of technology. You will learn more. Also, you will get the opportunity to work on latest technology.

      Cons

      1) Management is immature. 2) Very high Work Pressure. 3) Very bad policy for project change. Even if you want to do things better and learn more, its not easy to change project here. 4) No work life balance. 5) Managers are immature as they are promoted very early.
