      You may get opportunity to work on diverse projects.

      Cons

      Allocation to project are decided by resourcing team and not as per your choice or preferences. Inhand salary may not be what you expect from the CTC offered to you.

      Pros

      Best thing noted, employees work for many years with Nagarro coz they get bonded to the team and company. Attached to team for emotional bonding and to company for paying the best compensation across industry and laying stress on employee satisfaction, what else an employee wants.

      Cons

      At times, we encounter some work pressure which is acceptable as it helps in rigorous learning and shaping career.

      Pros

      If you are lucky then you can get a good technical work, otherwise you may end up working for someone else fault and rewarded as complete owner of others failure. Good salary in figures (I think this is the only USP of this company)

      Cons

      Very small clients or very small work from big clients thus not much on domain level experience. Very confusing salary structure( e.g. PLs are part of CTC??)
