      Pros

      One of the best reason to work with nagarro is to expertise in the different part of the technology .Nagarro helps the employee to learn the technology by arranging the workshop by the expertise person

      Cons

      Nagarro gives priority to the guys who have grown up with in nagarro. A lot of salary differences can be seen on same designation at same experience level.

      Pros

      Stress on improvement of technical skills of the employees, flexible timings and good infrastructure to encourage high productivity. Compensation for the work provided is better than the industry standard :)

      Cons

      Although nothing is perfect but I haven't come across any major issues with the company in the past two years I have been here.
