- flexible hours - interesting coworkers around the world - great potential in product(s) - flexible work location - strong ethical stance for net neutrality and putting customer first

Cons

- sometimes need to be online late/early for calls in other timezones - hired as independent contractors, not employees - challenging to get other departments "on board" with new prerogatives
