Narwal is the best company to be where people are taken care of. Pros: - Management - Pay - Benefits - Personal development - Vacation time - Culture All the narwal process is autonomous, timesheet, paystubs, slack, benefits enrollment, healthcare enrollment. With the introduction of all the latest technologies narwal is going beyond. Its vision and growth is astounding. All associates are reachable from all departments. Employees are heard and taken care of.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons. Cons honestly depend on you. Be open and convey, if you have any concerns, convey to the management. In my experience, management will stand for you and do whatever is necesssary.

Pros

I've worked at many startups and fortune 500 companies in my entire career, and I have never experienced a more positive company culture. This is an ego-free environment where colleagues genuinely root for each other to succeed. Excited to watch Narwal grow even more!

Cons

None really except we want to grow quickly, but finding the right people takes time. Fortunately, the company has demonstrated the patience to find the right hires.
