Pros: - Management - Pay - Benefits - Personal development - Vacation time - Culture All the narwal process is autonomous, timesheet, paystubs, slack, benefits enrollment, healthcare enrollment. With the introduction of all the latest technologies narwal is going beyond. Its vision and growth is astounding. All associates are reachable from all departments. Employees are heard and taken care of.

Can’t think of any cons. Cons honestly depend on you. Be open and convey, if you have any concerns, convey to the management. In my experience, management will stand for you and do whatever is necesssary.
