Pros

Hybrid working, unlimited pto, personal days, work from anywhere days, stock options, and tons more great benefits. Everyone is very nice. The industry learning is very interesting.

Cons

Very mundane work. But nothing unusual from any other corporate position. Company too large to see a productive career growth path.

Pros

Working for a company with the brand recognition that Nasdaq has can be exciting. In my years there, I can't remember crossing paths with anyone I didn't like and respect.

Cons

Being a larger organization, siloing is strong and can feel inflexible. Many job descriptions are very specific, and leave you wearing one small hat, where smaller organizations employees may be wearing several hats at any given time.
