Pros

Good benefits, good hours, interesting work at the beginning.

Cons

Culture went from being cerebral and academic to being woke. Better watch out everything you say or do. People who don't like it just stopped coming to the office. Probably because of lots of younger people in the office nowadays. They're supposed to give you energy, not suck it out of you... Compensation could be better. Some offices barely get any oversight from the HQ wrt to cultural alignment and things could go really bad. Not as fast moving or as innovative as working in other industries. Feels like a tech company of the 90s wrt to how people think about things.

Pros

Good place to work. Interesting problems to solve. The company values keeping their employees skills up to date. There are a lot of opportunities to learn more about the industry, and work across departments.

Cons

The stock grants are small compared to other technology companies. The number of processes to go through to get some things done are a bit excessive (They are working on fixing that though).
