Pros

Good benefits, inspiring CEO, developing culture

Cons

You will be stressed and overworked here because the company has not addressed its fundamental operational issues: siloed teams, too many emails, too many meetings, bad investments in project management tech, poor project planning and communication, no operational experts or project management office, low-skilled HR leaders who are easily manipulated by expensive external consultants

Pros

Ability to work from home, reasonable compensation, ability to grow and advance career.

Cons

Management talks like it cares about it people, but actions say otherwise. Regularly destroying teams that have been set up and compartmentalizing jobs. there is a contrived sense of culture and team here, and you are asked to take on a decent sized workload.
