Pros

Flex days, i.e. extra days of outside of the 30 days of vacation. Good work life balance

Cons

Some times a bit square because some people have been working for 20 years at the company. But a steady pace of new people coming into the company with the right mentality!

Pros

Nasdaq is a great place to belong to, since the management contributes to make life easier and smoother. Besides, that high determination on meeting client needs motivates to grow as a specialist and person. During the pandemic time Nasdaq did not forget employee and helped with remote workspace organisation financially and instructions.

Cons

As it is in all huge companies, there are complexities with implementation of new ideas.
