Pros

Nice international atmosphere, work culture. Life-work balance possible, US managers often respect Lithuanian working hours. Nice sports membership benefits (Pilates, other group trainings), massage chairs, fruit always available in kitchens, modern office space.

Cons

Hybrid work, 3 days per week from office, can be seen as a benefit or a drawback.

Pros

The general culture of Nasdaq is positive and they offer great benefits. The people in general are mostly made up of smart, kind, hardworking people.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than industry standard. Bonus and stocks are great, but from what I've found it is not consistent across departments. Also, bad managers will still be allowed to thrive if they have a weak supervisor.
