Pros

The business model is scalable and the Nasdaq Platform is diversified. The leadership team is pragmatic but also willing to pursue a select set of growth oriented initiatives. The technology talent is very good and willing to mentor new employees.

Cons

It is a regulated business so it can be appropriately cautious and reserved. The core business runs critical infrastructure for the US and Europe. This raises the intensity of the job and puts a high premium on software quality.
