Pros

Benefits are good. The company will not raise your salary higher then allowed minimum. The tasks are good and dependent on project you are in.

Cons

Agile and Nasdaq are that sentenses that cannot cross in the future. Micromanagement comes from the first day you joined. When you park yourself in the company you have to forget about your personal growth. Hierarchical structure. You have to work more than usual and this work won't be compensated.
