Pros

Work is incredibly easy and automated. Benefits are good/average. They have a lunch program. Will hire fresh graduates so its a easy 1st full-time job.

Cons

HR is slow and will not get back to you or your supervisors in a timely manner. Hard to progress internally and can be put on a flight risk list if you try to transfer departments. Trainers are not compensated nor are bonuses given. Unless you have CLIA experience having a masters wont give you a higher pay over a bachelors degree.

Pros

A lot of young people/new graduates, a lot of new people who want a foot in the door to get job experience. Competitive pay in the area. Workflow is not that difficult. Supportive supervisor and leads on the team. Team will offer 4x10 schedule for anyone who is self-sufficient in doing tasks.

Cons

Can be a little better with paying trainers period. Many operators don’t really want to train due to no compensation.
