Fast paced, SNP technology, great test, good pay, great directors/managers, good innovation and technology. The benefits are fine and I like the employee match with 401k

Cons

Ambiguous direction, young inept management, culture and morale are at an all time low. Unclear direction from upper management which trickles down to the field force.

Though I worked with Natera for just three years, I was lucky enough to be a recipient of the benefits that they offered. From company-sponsored meals to Mediclaim and more, Natera goes beyond capacity for the employees. The managers deserve even more appreciation. They are very supportive and helpful, which helps in maintaining the culture of the company.
