If you put your head down and do your job the work environment is great. In good (profitable) years the bonus structure is hard to beat.

Cons

Once you peel the layers off the onion, exposure leads to understanding. But as with any company you can find solid departments and people to work with.

Weekly pay. There is a variety of jobs. Depends where u work at there is over time. If u work REALLY REALLY hard u might get promoted.

Politics politics don't care about you or anyone but them selves they use you then step on you to be seen better parking here sucks I could go on for days
