Fed us on Christmas. That was the only word they kept.

Cons

Sit you down, talk about all these goals and MAKE sure they tell you about the company bonus, infact thats all they seem to care about and talk about, wont buy the parts that need bought, wont fix equipment that needs fixed, only jerry rig them because if they spend TOO much they may over spend budget and not get their BONUS. Complete bold lies from the interview to the walk out date. All these promises to fix it but no action.
