Competitive pay for our area and great benefits, 12 hours a day 4 days a week and 3 days off

Cons

Hot in the summer cold in the winter, if you are not used to a little bit of manual labor this is probably not the job for you

Good pay, good people to be around, and lots of job opportunities. A lot of different ethical groups like Spanish speakers, Sudan

Cons

Hot in the summertime. Cold in the winter. Can not wear shorts. Have to wear hard hat while working. You get 2 15 minute breaks but you have to be back and ready by the 15 min mark. Same with your 30 min lunch break.
