      Great money- for now!! At peak season, great money with 14 hrs overtime—mandatory!!

      Cons

      Discrimination, favoritism, disrespectfulness, stealing money off your hard earned money violating DOT federal law!!

      Thank you for your review. The cons that you listed are very disturbing. NDCP values are Respect, Integrity and Ownership. Our values are a part of our company's culture. We also strongly encourage employees to report their concerns to management and/or Human Resources. Hopefully, you reported your concerns.

      Pros

      Sometimes there is free coffee when the inventory manager decides to keep the breakroom stocked.

      Cons

      Toxic culture is an understatement. Senior leader on-site loves the sound of his own voice, and loves to tell subordinates how smart he is. However, all he does is stare at camera footage and threaten employees all day. Warehouse leadership routinely ignores safe food handling procedures, and pest exclusion is non-existent. Items that were refused by stores because they were out of acceptable temperature range were routinely put back in stock.

      Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.

      Thank you for your review. There are times (peak seasons) when our employees are expected to work long hours. We communicate this with candidates prior to onboarding new employees. It is unfortunate that things did not work out for you but I wish you the best in your endeavors.
