No room for growth, erratic and inconsistent work load with frequent late calls/demands, company culture and community is non-existant (likely as a consequence of majority-remote personnel), No clear goal-setting in department

Consistent check, opportunities to move up and around the company, 40 hours or more a week.

Cons

Coworkers call off, management (besides 2 of them) sometimes doesn't know how to use their workers, can work long hours (14+ hours, depends on your speed).
