Cons

No clear company direction to follow. Too many In management that like to spread rumors. Too many in management positions without any training. Lack of management experience is creating a culture of micro management and finger pointing. No clear employee growth plan across the organization Promotions/Titles with no value add to the business

Good friendships with co-workers Free coffee & donuts Workers in warehouse, transportation and member services work well

Cons

Managers, directors and VPs are horrible Mokena leaders are bad and don't care about people Get rid of good trans people and replace with people just trying to survive Leaders especially the VP are just hanging on. Service is bad. No one cares.
