- Executives have a great vision for the company. - Good benefits

Cons

- Executives' visions are being hindered by Upper Management through VP level lack of ability to build any traction; mostly driven by finger pointing and lack of understanding the business. - More than once, I was asked to keep things quite so other departments and other senior managers and Executives are not privy to the truth. - Upper management is clueless to their true contributors. - Most of their work knowledge come from gossip sessions. - Upper management will keep you down so you don't take their position. They are afraid their secret will get out; the secret of their cluelessness.

There are a lot of negative review's floating around Glassdoor regarding NDCP. This company is so vast, people I feel get vexed by their lack of opportunity but never consider their own inadequacies and inabilities to adapt to an ever evolving industry. With that said, the right individuals have immense potential within this company and the best individuals will make something better of this company.

Cons

You have to give the job your all if you intend to succeed. You can do exactly what is expected of you but if you ever expect to ascend beyond your current role in the operation, you have to bring something additional to the table.
