Employees on a non management level are very nice and were great to work with!

Cons

The Human Resources management team is out of touch with the employees within their own department as well as the company as a whole! Very unprofessional! The department is ran on gossip and hearsay! They are more concerned with their paycheck than the concerns of the employees! Lack of communication is a big problem in the department as well, especially when one of the managers cannot write an e mail without misspelled words! You should not have to guess what they are trying to say! If management would get the proper training, it could be a great place to work!
