Good pay ( when paid correctly). Drivers and helpers great group to work with.

Cons

Liars!!! That's all they do. Management is horrible. They don't know how to run the place. Unfair pay choose to pay people what they want. Warehouse is a mess. Nobody cares. Equipment is poor. A billion dollar company and they can't seem to hire a good, honest, smart management team. Use to be home daily, now dcp is OTR. We need a union in this place. Someone to back is up.

the warehouse is small, and only supplys to one company so the case picking is easy

Higher Skill level pickers are required to help the lower skilled ones .
