Company been going down in the dumps every year. .. High turn around. . New management are former drivers. . Who forget where they came from really quick. .They hire felons to work in dispatch.. Stay away from here if you have to. . National Dcp isn't what it used to be. .

Pros

Great company to work for. As with every company, things are constantly changing, and if you have the knowledge and desire to make a contribution, you can drive changes in a positive direction. Management is open to making things better for employees.

Cons

Policies and procedures need to be updated and management is pushing for that. Some benefits don't kick in right away.

Since joining the DCP, unlike others reviews I have had a good experience working with those that came down from MA. They understand this business and have helped me understand it to. TY!!

Cons

Although there is a road map here, the driver is blindfolded!
