You get a reasonable insurance premium for decent insurance compared to others. When you are on top its great but sales have been declining due to economy

Cons

100things to remember each day.You cannot forget 1 of them because you have to be 100 per cent to boost revenue to its peak.

Pros

Fast paced, rarely will you look at your watch and feel like time is standing still. At the end of the day you will be proud of your accomplishments and the customers you made happy. Great training website with fun "Work shoppe Tim" character. COO of the company welcomes you on the video and many times sends a welcome card when you start.

Cons

Hard work and fast pace. If you like sitting in a chair all day, this isn't the job for you.

Pros

Work your own hours, not days of week though. Work on your own.

Cons

Very poor training. Very unorganized and inefficient. Poor communication. Extreme cleanliness standards and micro-management (to the detriment of sales and other key business functions). Constant changes of policies and procedures. Overwhelming and unattainable standards. Upper management is intimidating, fearful, threatening and verbally abusive. Employees on edge for fear of losing job. 35% pay cuts. Area manager is horrible - constant nagging, degrading, profanity and tearing down employees. Management loves to write-up employees for every little thing they can conceive. Poor route coverage while on vacation. Management neglects to have product for weeks and months at a time, consistent lack of parts and supplies to perform job to company standards. Paid twice a month instead of every 2 weeks. Company allows tags to expire on vehicles. Very poorly ran company!
