Pros

PTO. Hourly rate. Flex schedule

Cons

They restructured incentive, so losing about $40,000 yearly. Some members of management are all about themselves.

Pros

A paycheck. Getting licensed for free basically as the company takes care of everything after you pass the exam. Health insurance is cheap.

Cons

Only having 1 week to study for an exam is alittle ridiculous when most places give you 30 days or so. You have to pass in 3 attempts or you’re fired! The rates are so expensive that most clients don’t even want to purchase a policy with and I can’t say that I blame them. They put people in bad ques to test them out and if they “ past the test “ management will skill them for better ques.
