      Pros

      Salary. Benefits. Generous paid time off and holidays. Only have to work 1 weekend per quarter

      Cons

      workload. No concern for employees only numbers. Good old boys deeply entrenched in management. No room for advancement if you are a person of color. Claims department has turned into a call center.

      My colleagues Benefits were average M-F shifts. No weekends

      Management micromanaged QA is unreasonable and expects CSRs to be robots They use a point system for attendance without any flexibility Very limited time off Far too incoming calls and callbacks (possible to answer over 100 calls in one day...normally billing related issues) Favoritism Management does not ask if you prefer to train someone. They just sit them with you without notice. I even had a manager connect the training jack to my phone while I was on it, left the trainee at my desk, and just walked away. Poor raises and low wages Lousy celebrations (they only provide KFC and we pretty much have to bring everything else aka always a potluck
