claims department makes too many changes too often, work load is heavy, management not as helpful as they could be.

Growth opportunities, stability, work-life balance, relaxed environment (non-managers can wear jeans every day), coworkers are nice

Cons

Some of the technology needs to be updated but I'm sure that will change eventually

Location not great for those who ride share. Not within walking distance to any eateries. Difficult work life balance due to lack of resources.
