New, high energy leadership is bringing about a cultural change. The senior leadership team members are all moving in the same direction.

Cons

The fast pace and focus on results may not be for everybody. This is no place for the complacent or those not comfortable with change.

New President with a vision and direction for the Company. A great Senior Leadership Team who works together and communicates. Employees are re-engaging. Great HR department!

Cons

Chages are happening quickly. Employees who have been with the Company a while have seen many changes and are reticient to embrace more change that they may perceive will adversely affect them.
