Pros

Huge build-up in Cleveland, OH. Hiring lots of people. So many new employees means that the culture is still evolving in this location. Good pay and benefits for most.

Cons

Sales Staff has a different benefit plan than everyone else. Mistakes were made in the past, but I think that the company has learned from them and wants to do a better job. New president = people are leary and haven't decided if he's to be believed yet. (I think he's going to be a positive change agent for the organization.)
