Pros

During the last two years honestly there is not ANY PROS.

Cons

Very poor management, managers are never available for their employees and never have any answer to any questions. Major changes in job roles and responsibilites almost daily without training or assistance. Unrealistic expectations and the workload is so overwhelming the employees cannot possibly get it done without giving excessive unpaid overtime and never even any acknowledgment or even a simple thank you to employees. The more you do the more they give you to do and continue to raise the metrics so it is impossible to excel. No room for growth opportunites for employees. Very poor if any resources to assist the employee with their job function. You are always told what you should or could have done better instead of positive reinforcement. They make an excellent employee feel they are not competent in every way possible, They are also letting go of the employees with all of the experience and knowledge that have stuck by the company through it all in order to receive 23 Million in incentives for bringing jobs to Cleveland Ohio. The worst part of that process is the company lied and kept this secret from the employees until they were questioned about it extensively by current employees. I do not trust the company at all!

Pros

management is decent-a fair amount of autonomy with managing my desk.

Cons

new ownership is absolutely terrible. No raises or bonuses and they recently sent out a communication saying raises and bonuses this year to everyone and then backtracked and said only if you had an outstanding review....nice for the 3 people that got an outstanding review. Workload is high-250-300 pendings in the claims dept-unmanageable. Ownership doesn't trust anyone and management jumps all over the place trying to keep up with all the changing processes ownership puts out there. Really not a nice place to work. Benefits have steadily gone downhill over the past 3 years as well.

Dealing with puppets!

Pros

Great coworkers! Good location although paying for parking stinks. Direct manager is flexible on scheduling.

Cons

Management is a bunch of puppets to ownership. No trust to employees that have been doing the job for years. No respect for employees. Workload is horrible and we keep hearing it is going to get fixed but nothing is ever done. We have heard the same thing from management since the new owners and nothing has changed. Another new president that has said the same things we heard from when the last president was new. The owners originally talked about company being a family and that he believed in raises and bonuses but nothing has been delivered. Horrible claims system. Benefits have decreased substancially.
