Pros

We are setting the platform to build a second-to-none Claims Machine. Future looks very bright. The right leadership is now in place. Culture is back on track. I have not felt this about going to work in some time. If you dont mind working hard for a great company this could be the place for you.

Cons

Workload continues to be heavy but progress is being made. We have been hiring good people this year which should continue to help. We still have a few on board who should really make the decision to get on board or go find something they can enjoy.

I made good friends across multiple departments. Employees and managers are very patient and helpful in helping you out. Great PTO.

Cons

Claims Dept is overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations. Below average salaries. Company is constantly reorganizing. Many great employees and management have either been laid off or resigned.

Work from home. But now they have removed this as an option Great PTO Great coworkers, but they are al being laid off.

Cons

No loyalty. Work load is ridiculous. This is claims, so I expect high volume. But 50+ new claims a week?
