There is so much going on you dont have time to celebrate the successes. It is always about tackling the next biggest problem.

Depending on who your manager is life is great or miserable. Claims employees get to telecommute. Work life balance okay sometimes.

Cons

Inconsistency across work groups. More work than we can handle. Senior Management won't do much about it. Getting very nitpicky with claims handling.
