Pros

Only pay-for-performance agency in the federal government Greater opportunity to quickly increase salary versus other agencies in DoD Move into new DC facility next year

Cons

Poor vetting for first-line managers Becoming too much like DIA; losing distinct culture. Hiring too many analysts too quickly; just because billets are given does not mean we need them.

Latest technology Great, important mission Plenty of room for growth Great diversity in the work force Great training programs for new and established employees

Cons

Organization can seem too large Consolidation of key components into one location is very difficult The unknown about how the new facility will operate
