Pros

NGA has very fun projects and very different people working together. NGA was a blast for me and if I ever get back to working for the Department of Defense, I hope my experience will be similar.

Cons

There are crabs there that are one trick ponies. They can only do one thing and the report anyone that shines or can shine. It is obvious who was put in place by crabbing. Just pay attention to their personality.
