Pros

The operations team is amazing and very talented The mission partners and their contractors are great to work with

Cons

Leadership is weak and misguided The administrative staff bullies the operations team The administrative staff is very dishonest and abusive The GS 14 (PB4) employees are dead weight and in the way The site lead is retired in place The core values are only in place and enforced on employees at a GS13 (PB3) level or lower, all higher ranks can pretty much do what they want. GS14 (PB4) time card fraud is rampant The Division Chief could be replaced with a traffic cone and nobody would notice During the Pandemic, NGA went down to 12% staff at work. No real meaningful work can be done at home. No other Intelligence agency noticed. What do the other 88% do and why are they still employed.
